Room Rental:
R400 per hour
Per client
We do not have a daily rate or
a 30min rate.
Accommodation / Sleepovers
Rent R250 per week
Please bring your own blankets & Food
for sleepovers.
Requirements & Incentives:
If you do 10 or more bookings
for the week you will be
rewarded with one free booking
And
We have fines for doing less than 10 per week.
Which means you must be
serious, consistent, hardworking and know what you doing.

ESA advert with good reviews
to join us.
We only take ladies with a good reputation.

Travel Bookings:
What you do outside has
nothing to do with us,
We will NEVER send you on a travel
booking as they are NOT safe.
We DO NOT make booking for you
inside or outside,
All your bookings are made by you
You are simply renting a room when you need one
Advertising:
You will need to advertise extensively.
A minimum of 1 one ESA
and 1 on Redvelvet,
We will help promote you but
all queries will be directed
to you.
Dress code:
Smartly dressed & Well Groomed for when you have clients.
In-between clients you can wear relaxed clothing that covers you fully.
You may NOT sit around in lingerie,
gown, towel or revealing clothing.
You must be fully clothed even
when greeting your client's at the door.
Drugs:
We have ZERO tolerance for any form of narcotics (DRUGS)
Business Hours:
24/7 Everyday
Remember you work when you like.
Housekeeping.
The house is cleaned every morning.
You are responsible to tidy and
clean up after yourself.
and after every appointment.
If you are booked back-to-back,
you can ask her for help,
between 7:30 and 5pm
What to bring with you:
A Smart/Classy outfit with nice clean shoes to meet your clients.
A relaxed outfit (Tracksuit) that covers you properly while sitting in the lounge.
Your personal toiletries.
Massage oil & Products you use in the room.
(Coconut oil is not allowed, we use cold water to wash our washing and it cakes up
and damages the washing machines)
Your food and beverages for the day.
A small lock so you can lock your
valuables away in your locker.
Your own blankets if you intend sleeping over.
We do not allow the following:
Foreigners who don't have the correct paperwork.
Persons under 21 years.
You must be a natural born female,
look it and act it.
Intoxicated / high ladies or clients.
